Small Suggestions — When You're Ready

Over time, we learn more about your habits. When appropriate — and only when you're open to it — we may suggest small, practical changes to try. Nothing extreme. Nothing rushed. Real change takes time. You are always free to ignore advice that doesn't fit your life.

That's it.

Why This Approach?

Lifestyle illnesses are rising in Trinidad & Tobago. Many families are facing challenges related to diet, stress, weight, and addiction.

We believe small, steady improvements — multiplied across many people — can make a meaningful difference.

When individuals improve their daily habits, the benefits extend beyond the individual. Over time, healthier lifestyles can reduce strain on families and public health systems.

ChangeTT is one attempt to contribute to that larger goal.

Built by Trinis, for Trinis.

A National Effort

This only works if we build it together.

By using ChangeTT, you're helping improve a system designed around our realities — the foods we eat, the routines we keep, and the challenges we face.

If enough of us make small improvements, the impact grows.
