Choose FoodTT or GambleTT and begin a short conversation. We'll explain how the system works and ask for your consent before getting started. There is no lengthy sign-up process.
Share a Little About Yourself
We'll ask a few simple questions about your habits, routines, and what you'd like to improve. The goal isn't to judge you or tell you what to do — it's simply to start understanding your situation over time. You can choose how much personal information you provide. Your conversations remain private.
Weekly Check-Ins
About once a week, we'll check in to see how things have been going. These conversations are designed to help you reflect on your habits, identify patterns, and track changes over time. Some weeks you may have a lot to say. Other weeks just a few lines. That's okay. The goal is consistency, not perfection. You choose how much you want to share.
Personalised Support
Over time, your conversations may reveal patterns that aren't obvious day-to-day. You may notice certain foods trigger cravings. Certain situations trigger urges. Certain routines make progress easier. As we learn more, we may share observations, questions, and practical ideas designed specifically around your experiences. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.
